The official website of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in addition to creating favourable conditions for obtaining information about the State Security Service, as well as other useful information, is also a tool for realizing the right of citizens to file an appeal in accordance with Article 57 of the Constitution. Every user of the official website of the State Security Service has the opportunity to send a letter, express their wishes, write about issues of interest to them, submit proposals, applications and complaints. 

BEFORE SENDING AN APPEAL TO THE E-MAIL OF THE STATE SECURITY SERVICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN, PLEASE READ THE RULES: 

As soon as citizens' appeals sent to the e-mail address of the official website of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan are received, they are registered and examined in accordance with Law No 1308-IVQ of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On citizens' appeals" dated 30 September 2015, as well as in accordance with the "Procedure of conducting clerical work on citizens' appeals to state and municipal bodies, and legal entities and budget organizations in state or municipal ownership or legal entities and budget organizations whose controlling parcel of stocks (shares) is owned by the state or municipality" approved by Decree No 950 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 23 June 2016. 

The appeal shall contain the name, patronymic, surname and address of the physical person (or place of employment), the name and legal address of the legal entity, and if the appeal is submitted through a representative, the name, surname, patronymic and address of the representative. If you do not meet these requirements, the appeal is considered anonymous. Anonymous appeals are not accepted and are not considered. 

The text of the appeal must be legible, and the proposal or demand made in the appeal must be clearly stated. The text of the appeal should not contain insults and slander.
