Victory Park was visited.

The Chief of the State Security Service, Colonel-General Ali Naghiyev and the Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Colonel-General Orkhan Sultanov, visited Victory Park in Baku on September 27 - occasion of Remembrance Day and laid flowers in front of the memorial monument, deeply honoring the memory of our martyrs.
