The head of the State Security Service expressed condolences over the deaths of servicemen in Turkey

The Head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Colonel-General Ali Naghiyev, expressed his condolences to the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Hulusi Akar, the Chief of General Staff of Turkish Armed Forces, Army General Yasar Guler and the Head of the National Intelligence Organization, Mr. Hakan Fidan.

The condolences read: "We are deeply saddened by the news of the death and injury of General Osman Erbas, Commander of the Elazig 8th Army Corps, and other high-ranking servicemen as a result of the crash of a military helicopter belonging to the Land Forces of the brotherly Republic of Turkey in Bitlis. It is also deeply saddening that eleven servicemen were injured as a result of a military vehicle overturning in Sirnak region.”

We ask God to have mercy on the martyrs, offer our deepest condolences to their families and express our sympathy for their grief. We wish all the wounded a speedy recovery".
